We can’t wait to see you at SaaStr Europa 2023! Here are some important details to take note of before the event:

Don’t Come Sick:

   #1. Mandatory Temperature checks each day of the event.  Don’t come sick! Everyone attending SaaStr Europa will be required to undergo a passive temperature check prior to entry. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 Fahrenheit will not be permitted to attend.

   #2. Required: If you are feeling unwell, or sick or have any related COVID-19 symptoms, we ask you to take a rapid test to ensure it is negative within 24 hours of the event. If it is positive, or you feel unwell, just reach out and we will refund your ticket purchase.  

Note: If you are visibly unwell or sick, our team will kindly ask you to rest at home and refund your ticket. Please don’t come sick.

SaaStr Europa 2023 Conference is:

  • An Indoor / Outdoor Gathering. SaaStr Europa will be an indoor/ outdoor event to promote better airflow and the continued safety of our attendees. The Tobacco Docks has several open air areas throughout the Ground Floor and Vault Level of the venue, in addition to the entire Quayside being entirely outdoors. 

  • Increased sanitization and hand washing. SaaStr and the Tobacco Docks will implement increased hand sanitation stations and handwashing stations. Those in attendance will be expected to frequently wash and sanitize their hands. We will also be implementing frequent wipe downs of all common touch areas each day including doorknobs, lecterns, microphones, counters, trash receptacles, screens, water stations, registration tables, keynote chairs, and in and around the bathroom areas

  • Increased medical personnel and security will be on-site to handle medical emergencies and oversee event medical operations

  • Not feeling well? For the health and safety of all our attendees, if you have any flu-like symptoms within the last 2 weeks prior to the event (fever and a cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose) or symptoms related to COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks prior to the event, unfortunately, you will not be allowed entry into SaaStr Europa 2023.  We are unable to make any exceptions. If sickness prevents you from traveling and attending, please contact the SaaStr Europa Team at europa@saastrinc.com to update your travel plans.

How to Update Your Attendee Registration Details:

Do you have a team pack and need to assign your tickets? Or maybe transfer your ticket to a co-worker?

To do so, have the main ticket holder login with their email to our attendee ticketing portal.

Choose Edit Details > to update your name, title, company or other registration details.

Or if you need to assign a team pack or transfer a ticket, choose Transfer Registrations > then put the new email, first name, and last name of the new attendee. Then click Transfer Registration at the bottom. From there, the new registrant can login with their email to update their details or pick their sessions.

REGISTER FOR SESSIONS WITH OUR AGENDA BUILDER

Save your seat for the content you want to see! Follow these instructions to register for sessions:

1. Each ticket must be tied to a unique ticket holder and email address. If you need to assign your team pack tickets or transfer your registration: follow this link and follow the instructions for ticket transfers first.

2. Next, login with your email to our attendee registration portal.

3. On your ticket, choose > Manage Sessions. It will bring up our Agenda Builder, pictured below. (If you’re on a mobile phone, click the settings gear first, then > manage sessions.)

4. Choose the sessions you want to save your seat in. Please note, you may only choose 1 session per time slot.

5. Be sure to save your sessions by choosing > save on the bottom of the Agenda Builder.

6. That’s it! You’re all set.

REGISTER FOR SESSIONS DIRECTLY IN THE SAASTR EVENT APP

Europa attendees can register for sessions on-the-go directly from the SaaStr Events mobile app agenda! 

  1. Once you log into the app, and toggle to the agenda tab you will see an option to "save a seat" for any sessions that are eligible for registration or are not at capacity

  2. You can add, or remove a session from your session registration directly by clicking on "save a seat".

EASILY MANAGE MULTIPLE TICKETS IN ONE SPACE

If you have multiple tickets make sure you are viewing the correct ticket you'd like to register for a session with by toggling to the ticket icon and selecting your relevant ticket in the top right corner of the agenda tab.

CHECK PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED SESSIONS

As a reminder, you can always see your registered sessions via the agenda tab under "Registered."

BOOK A BRAINDATE— 1:1 AND SMALL GROUP NETWORKING SESSIONS

Braindates are one-on-one & group mentoring sessions based on the knowledge you want to share with fellow SaaS minds at SaaStr Europa. The goal is to help each other learn something new, find mentorships, create partnerships and exchange strategies.

How Braindates work for SaaStr Europa:

1. Braindates are designated into 3 group sizes: 1:1's, 1:4s Small Groups, and 1:12s Super Braindates. No matter the size of the group, each Braindate is designed for you to share knowledge and network with fellow leaders during SaaStr Europa. The goal is to help each other learn something new, find mentorships, create partnerships and exchange strategies.

2. There are two ways to participate in Braindates: First, you can join an existing Braindate on a topic that catches your attention. Or, you can create your own Braindate topic and allow other attendees to sign up and learn from you. 

*There are limitations on how many Braindates you can create and book, so be strategic with your topic. Keep it non-commercial, non-salesy and more towards thought leadership.

3. You should plan on booking your Braindates before you arrive in London. (Like, now :))

To get started, login to Braindate with the email you bought your ticket with and create a password. You'll then notice the topic marketplace where you can post what you want to share or learn. We've already added a few Super Braindates and Meet a VC times to the platform that you can join! 


We'll have a huge Braindate Networking Lounge at Tobacco Docks where you'll meet your fellow attendees for your Braindate at your designated time. 

 

Tips for Networking with Braindates:

  • There are more slots to Braindate during Power Hour (2-3PM) each day. Try to fill this time with 1-2 Braindates per day as there's minimal concurrent content during this time. 

  • Keep in mind we do have a strict, no pitch policy on Braindates and will flag any topic violations to be taken down.

  • There are limitations on how many Braindates you can create and book - be mindful that these are meant to be meetings and micro-sessions, so no pitches please.  

  • Note that other attendees may not always join your Braindate. Your topic has to be good! Timely, thought-leadership topics often perform the best. If you 1:1 or Group Braindates start to reach capacity, we'll work with you then to try to increase your allotment. 

  • Pre-booking meetings on Braindates is key. Start your networking now so that you can plan around the content and Sponsors you want to meet on-site.
